Write it down, with photos if you can. Anything that hurt anyone, anything that nearly did, anything you’d want to know about if you were on shift next. Goes straight to Luke; no need to chase him separately.

Append-only for staff. Once you’ve submitted, you can’t edit — but you can add follow-up entries. Luke can edit / merge. This is by design — incident records have to stand up if someone needs them later.
Staff names from the chip bar will appear in suggestions when you type.
If you’re upset, it’s fine to write less and come back. Just get the basics in now.
Helpful but not required — never photograph a person without consent.
