A second surface alongside the owner portal — sticky name-chip bar, tablet-first density, no logins for every shop-floor staff member. Phase 1 ships the home, daily log, and the names admin. Five more phases follow.
Two follow-ups already worth a conversation.
First, the home screens lean hard on the “next thing” hero — I’d like to A/B that against a dashboard-style layout once you’ve clicked through, and a tenant with no pending items needs its own treatment. Second, I left the licensed Miller Banner / Brandon Grotesque out and used Cormorant Garamond + Inter as fallbacks; visual rhythm will tighten further once the real fonts ship.
