Maintenance items stay visible until marked done. If something can be done by floor staff (a wobbly bracket, a flickering globe), tick it off here. Bigger jobs auto-flag Luke when status stays open more than 7 days.

Bathroom door — bottom hinge sagging
Door catches on the tile when it swings shut. Tried planing the bottom Sat morning, still scraping. Probably needs the hinge replaced & the door re-hung.

Pastry case — third shelf bracket loose
Bracket on the third shelf has play. Shimmed it Saturday morning with a beer mat (sorry) but flagging for Tom — the lock pin’s missing, the original screw won’t bite.

EFTPOS terminal — intermittent freeze around lunch
Frozen twice today around 12:30–1:00. Soft restart fixes it (hold power 10s). Luke knows; quoted on a replacement. Manual receipt pad in drawer 2 if it goes a third time.

Cellar shelf · second from bottom · soft spot
Pulled out a magnum and felt the shelf give. Doesn’t look split yet, but I’ve moved the heavy bottles up and the lighter stock down. Tom — worth a look before the Friday delivery.

Swapped the dead one over the bar. Spare in the kitchen drawer is now the last one — added to the order list.

Was dribbling rather than spraying. Pulled, soaked in vinegar, reseated. Plates coming out clean again.

Trip hazard. Re-bedded in mortar Friday morning, weighed down overnight. Solid now.
