A note on how names work

Names are per-store and don’t need their own login. Everyone on the floor signs in as the store and picks their name from the chip bar. The portal records which name made each entry, and which signed-in user was on the device — so you can still see who actually was on a tablet if it matters.

Marking someone inactive hides them from the chip bar but keeps their old entries readable. Removing deletes the name entirely — past entries keep the name on them, but you can’t re-tag anything to that person.
